Story to Memorize: Acts 2:36–41
Act it Out: One acts as Peter preaching; others are the crowd, asking “What shall we do?” and then being baptized.
Questions for Discussion:
What did Peter tell the crowd to do? (Repent and be baptized.)
What happened when they obeyed? (They were forgiven, received the Holy Spirit, and joined the church.)
How many were baptized that day? (About 3,000.)
Who did the baptizing? Believers baptized those who came to faith.
Who can baptize new believers? Any baptized believer can baptize a new believer.
