Colossians 4:2 Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving.
Act it Out: The group prays together, thanking God and asking for His help.
Questions:
- What did the early church do regularly? (Pray.) 
- Who should we pray with? (Other believers and also alone.) 
- Why do we pray? (To talk with God, ask for help, pray for our friends who don’t know Jesus and give thanks.) 
- How can we pray for each other daily? 
- How can we pray for our friends who don’t follow Jesus daily? 
LOOK AHEAD
- Memorize Colossians 4:2 
- Create a list on paper or in your head of friends who don’t know Jesus and pray for them daily. 
- Pray for those in your house church daily. 
- Pray for your network leader (if you have one) daily. 
- Pass on what you have learned to the disciples you are making. 
Commission/Pray: Ask God for His power to help make disciples and obey his word.
